Referrals
To ensure that clients get the support they need, if you wish to refer a client into the bureau, please complete this form and return it to us. Clients must agree to the referral.
We are offering a full multi digital service, clients can have a face to face, telephone or video appointment. Our calls show up as “number withheld” which sometimes results that clients do not always pick up. If you could let clients you are referring know that calls from CAB will show as number withheld that would be helpful.

Please note
In order to process this referral, we need to record details of your client. This will include ‘personal data’ (information which can be used to identify the client, such as their name, date of birth, contact details, etc.), and ‘special category data’. The client does not have to consent to sharing the special category data, but it will limit the support we can offer if they choose not to. We will discuss our use of the information further with the client when we first contact them.
The information will be stored on a shared electronic case management system accessed only by members of the Citizen Advice service. To comply with data protection legislation, we must ensure there is consent from the client to record those details.
